Step 2:
Start Shopping.

Login to your account by clicking here & find the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab.

 

Step 3:
Hold or Cancel Subscription

Once you subscribe to the Harvest Box, you will receive a box every 2 weeks.
If you will be out of town or no longer wish to receive the Harvest Box,
you can place your subscription ​on hold or cancel it entirely.

***Subscription holds & cancellations must be submitted one week before the next distribution date***

​Place Subscription on Hold:

1. Log in to your account by clicking here.
2. Click the Human Icon on the top right of the screen.
3. Select 'Subscriptions.'
4. Select 'Options' next to your subscription.
5. Select 'Create A Hold.'
6. Select the timeframe of the hold. 
7. Select all subscriptions to be placed on hold.
8. Click 'OK.'

Cancel Your Subscription:

1. Log in to your account by clicking here.
2. Click the Human Icon on the top right of the screen.
3. Select 'Subscriptions.'
4. Select 'Options' next to your subscription.
5. Select 'Request Cancellation.'
6. Click 'OK.'
