Harvest Box Sponsorship Program
Del Norte & Tribal Lands Community Food Council (DNATL CFC) is committed to supporting our community in accessing fresh, local, and healthy food. Our Harvest Box program connects Del Norte families with 4-6 seasonal and local produce items every 2 weeks.
Ideally, we would accept EBT payments to fulfill our goals in making the Harvest Box accessible to more families. Currently, our EBT vendor application is pending approval.
While our EBT vendor application pends approval, we are happy to provide this sponsorship program. Community Systems Solutions is able to sponsor Harvest Boxes to individuals & families in need.
SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM POLICIES:
1. Families who are eligible to receive the Harvest Box Sponsorship will receive one (1) Basic Box. The Basic Box comes with 4-6 seasonal & local produce items and is typically fit for 1-2 people.
Currently, with our limited sponsorship and our goals to reach as many families as possible, the Basic Box is the only options available for this program.
2. Complete this form by the 15th of each month to receive 2 distributions of Harvest Box in the next month.
For example, if this form is submitted by June 14th and the family is selected to receive the sponsorship, the family will receive their Harvest Boxes on July 3rd & July 18th. To receive a box in August, a new form must be submitted by July 15th.

3. The DNATL CFC team will determine & select eligible families. Selected families will be notified by the end of the registration month.
